A challenging combination: demands and a tight budget?

These two things are usually incompatible. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. The cameras we use are the latest generation of the same type with large 1 inch image sensors. Optimum image quality is guaranteed even in difficult lighting conditions. The programmable motorized pan-tilts enable the cameras to be controlled remotely, thereby reducing the need for personnel, which lowers costs.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Due to our many experiences, we are able to work for you in almost all topics to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
