High demands but only a small budget?

Normally you cannot choose between both options. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. The cameras we use are modern, latest-generation models of the same type, with large 1-inch image sensors. Optimum image quality is ensured even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts means that the cameras can be operated remotely, which reduces the number of personnel required and thus lowers costs.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. Only through multi-camera video production is it possible to record many areas of the event simultaneously in image and sound. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

Video reports for television and the Internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of TV contributions and reports were produced and broadcast. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. When it comes to interview or conversation situations in which several people take part, we naturally rely on the proven multi-camera method. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
