Normally you cannot choose between both options. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. The cameras we use are modern models of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Despite difficult lighting conditions, first-class image quality is achieved. The fact that the cameras can be operated remotely by means of programmable motor pan-tilts leads to a reduction in personnel expenditure and thus to cost savings.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. When it comes to image quality, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.

Video reports for television and the Internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
