Usually it is impossible to combine both. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. We use the same type of latest generation cameras with large 1 inch image sensors. This ensures optimal image quality even in difficult lighting conditions. Added to this are programmable swivel heads, remote control ... this minimizes the personnel effort and significantly reduces costs.

Synchronous recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion. We rely on high-quality cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

Video reports for television and the Internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Several hundred TV reports, video reports and reports were produced and broadcast. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
