Usually you have to choose one or the other. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception to the rule. Our cameras are the latest generation of the same type with large 1 inch image sensors used. Demanding lighting conditions do not affect the excellent image quality. The cameras can be controlled remotely using the programmable motorized pan-tilts, reducing labor costs and enabling cost savings.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. Professional cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.

TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
