Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. Only through multi-camera video production is it possible to record many areas of the event simultaneously in image and sound. Remote controlled cameras are used. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Over the years, several hundred video reports and TV features have been researched, filmed, edited and broadcast on television. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
