Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion. Several cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing.
