A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. The multi-camera video recording makes it possible to record the different areas of the performance from different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
