Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion. We rely on high-quality cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote-controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
