This work was produced many, many summers ago. A music video by artist Bastian Harper (The Submission) titled Love to dance. A basic idea was dancing in a disco and was realized with the dancers from The steps. Unfortunately, video shooting and video production did not take place in 4K/UHD at that time.

High goals, but only a small budget - a big challenge?

Usually one cannot be reconciled with the other. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. We use cameras of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Optimum image quality is guaranteed, even in difficult lighting conditions. Furthermore, depending on the situation, programmable motor pan tilters are used. Thus, remote control is possible. This minimizes personnel expenditure and significantly reduces costs.

Synchronous recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera video recording makes it possible to record the different areas of the performance from different perspectives. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Over the years, several hundred video reports and TV features have been researched, filmed, edited and broadcast on television. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. When it comes to interview or conversation situations in which several people take part, we naturally rely on the proven multi-camera method. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.
Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.
Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
