Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss.
