Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
