A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. Professional cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Due to our many experiences, we are able to work for you in almost all topics to produce TV reports and video reports.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
