A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
