High goals, but only a small budget - a big challenge?

Usually it is not possible to have both. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation cameras of the same type with large 1-inch image sensors. As a result, optimal image quality is guaranteed even in difficult lighting conditions. Depending on the situation, programmable motor pan tilters are used. The remote controllability achieved in this way minimizes the personnel expenditure and lowers the costs for you as the client.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. Over the years, several hundred video reports and TV features have been researched, filmed, edited and broadcast on television. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.
Video production of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.
Editing of video and audio material

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
