The play "Nora oder ein Puppenheim" was performed in the theater in Naumburg. Video was recorded with 5 cameras. The cameras were fully remote controlled. The Theater Naumburg is one of the small city theaters in Germany. The implementation was carried out by: Maribel Dente, Markus Sulzbacher, Pia Koch, Adrien Papritz, Marius Marx, Stefan Neugebauer (director, casting, adaptation), Michael Thurm (cameras, editing, video production), Pia Merkel (assistant director), Rainer Holzapfel (design , costumes), David Gross (technical direction).

Most of the time you have to make a decision because these things are mutually exclusive. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use are modern, latest-generation models of the same type, with large 1-inch image sensors. Outstanding image quality is ensured even in difficult lighting conditions. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts enables the cameras to be operated remotely, which reduces personnel expenditure and enables cost savings.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

When it comes to multi-camera recording and video production, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is your partner. We use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. Remote-controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Over the years, several hundred video reports and TV features have been researched, filmed, edited and broadcast on television. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
