Most of the time you have to make a decision because these things are mutually exclusive. However, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception to the rule. Our cameras are the latest generation of the same type with large 1 inch image sensors. Optimum image quality is ensured even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts means that the cameras can be operated remotely, which reduces the number of personnel required and thus lowers costs.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. We use cameras that are remote controlled. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

Video reports for television and the Internet

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Do you need CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs in small quantities? Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is your partner. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
