I have the feeling that people are no longer taken seriously at all. That has something to do with the fact that politicians, if they can't push something through, or if something doesn't work the way they imagine it, they say they haven't explained it properly to the people. For me that means: we are all kindergarten children and because my aunt didn't explain it properly, we didn't understand it properly. I want people in this country to be taken seriously.

Ambitious despite limited financial possibilities?

Usually it is not possible to have both. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. The cameras we use have large 1 inch image sensors and are of the same type as the latest generation. Outstanding image quality is achieved under difficult lighting conditions. The ability to remotely operate the cameras using programmable motor pan-tilts enables costs to be reduced by reducing personnel expenses.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. As one of the few video producers, Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

Video reports for television and the Internet

Thanks to many years of activity, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience makes it possible for you to research all conceivable subject areas in order to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
