High demands and limited financial resources - a difficult combination?

Usually you have to choose one or the other. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. The cameras we use are modern models of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Optimum image quality is guaranteed even under difficult lighting conditions. Programmable motor pan-tilts enable remote control of the cameras and thus contribute to reducing costs by minimizing personnel costs.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. Professional cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Several hundred TV reports, video reports and reports were produced and broadcast. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Due to our many experiences, we are able to work for you in almost all topics to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.

Editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.

Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
