-Wir zeitzen jetzt Mal!- was the motto on August 24th, 2019. This was another event as part of the Mendl Festival with actor Michael Mendl. In addition to Michael Mendl, Beat Toniolo had invited numerous other artists and musicians. This event was recorded with 7 cameras.

High demands and limited financial resources - a difficult combination?

This is usually not compatible. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. We use cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors. Demanding lighting conditions do not affect the optimal image quality. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts enables the cameras to be controlled remotely and thus contributes to cost savings by minimizing personnel costs.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. Erfurt Video- und Medien-Produktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. The multi-camera video recording makes it possible to record the different areas of the performance from different perspectives. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
Video reports for television and the Internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.
Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.
Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.
Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
